Conceptual Design

Meeting up with client for the first time and addressing their needs and requirements. Conducting all necessary research for concept development.

Schematic Design

Preliminary Site Plan; visiting the location and undertaking site appraisals, estimating a preliminary cost estimation.

Developed Design

Finalizing any conceptual amendments and agreeing on the final project brief.

Construction Documents

Developing the architectural and technical designs. Preparing and integrating specialist subcontractors for the Building systems information (MEP systems)

Site Execution

Manufacturing Building systems and executing the design requirements on site.

Construction Administration

The Observational process of the execution and ensuring project schedule is as planned

Handover & Completion

Handing over the project to the client and conducting a post occupancy survey.
